"The online/hybrid business model is fundamentally flawed. Evidenced by others operating in this sector, it does not produce a viable result. We have found it significantly lacking when compared to High Street operations, for levels of customer service, support and expertise. Ultimately, an upfront fee, payable whether a property sells or not, is not the right solution for the customer, who demand a full service, of face to face accessibility, intimate local market knowledge and dedicated sales progression undisputedly works for customers, not just a focus on winning instructions".
